5 Lemons

4-5 garlic cloves

2 letter of mineral water

Preparation

Wash the lemon properly and cut them and squeeze them in a bowl.do not through the lemon after squeezing the juice. You will need these lemon later on.

Peel the garlic cloves and mix them in lemon juice and blend them in a blender then peel and grate the ginger and add into lemon and cloves material and blend them well until you get a homogeneous mixture.

When the mixture is prepared then boil the mineral water in sauce pan and when it’s boil then add the raw lemon which you have saved previously. Now add the mixture into boiled mineral water and leave them on a slow heat for 3 to 5 minutes.

At the end strain all the material and put into a glass jar and close it tightly and leave it on a cool place take a cup of the drink every morning before breakfast on an empty stomach and you will be amazed by the results soon.
