Majority of the Americans still eat the standard American diet.Its important to focus on Children’s Healthy Food.The result of many medical journals shows that America s children’s are fatter then ever. Because most of the kids are eating chocolates, fast food like pizza, burgers, French fries, fried chicken and they do not like eating, vegetables, beans and whole grain meals.

Proteins

Proteins are really very important for growing and development in children’s, teen, and pregnant women’s and they have built strong muscles. Keratin is a type of protein that our hair nails and skin is made off. For healthy diet consider Lean proteins.

Common protein rich food can include milk, soy milk, peanut butter , roasted turkey and Chicken, Tofu, Beans, Hard boiled eggs, and Fish Tuna are salmon. The proteins contained in eggs are very highest quality protein. after digestions of proteins  break into amino acid. Then amino acid can be reused to make the protein for our body to make strong muscles, bones and blood. Proteins are important for growth of the Children’s.

Complex Carbs

There are two main types of carbs. Simple carbohydrates which includes glucose, fructose, and lactose which are found in whole fruits.Complex carbs are found in vegetables, rice, pasta, whole grains, breads, cereals.

Whole grain bread and crackers, crunchy vegetables, fruits and beans are very healthy carbs for children’s growth. The brain consist of 60% fats. And it needs healthy fats to stay healthy.

Healthy fats

Healthy foods include, Nuts and nut butter, Cheese and yogurt, and milk.  It is very important for every single children to drink milk every day.

 

Water

Water is the best choice over sugary juices. It will help lubricate the muscle s in the brain making your child feel better for every day. And water is also flushes out toxins, aligns and helps your child’s stay regular. Kids from 4 to 13 have drink approximately 6 to 8 glasses in a day.

Avoid

What you have to avoid its simple white bread, Soda, sugary treats, candy,

Our children’s will be happier, healthier and energetic.
