How to make Mince lasagna


  1. chicken Mince 1 kg
  2. white cream sauce 475 grams
  3. Lasagna sheets 12
  4. Tomato sauce 500 gram
  5. Mozzarella cheese 1 and ½ cup
  6. Charter cheese 3 cups
  7. Oil 2 table spoon
  8. Capsicum mix yellow green and red 3 chopped or thin slices
  9. Mushrooms 8 chopped
  10. Sweet corns ¾ cup
  11. Red crushed chilies 2 table spoon
  12. Black paper ½ table spoon
  13. Sugar one table spoon
  14. Fresh garlic 6 cloves(grated or finely chopped)
  15. Onion one medium size chopped



Here is the recipe How to make Mince lasagna Boil a water in a big pan and put some oil and one table spoon salt in it when its boiling then add lasagna sheets when its tender take out sheets from the water and stain them.

Preparing lasagna filing:

Take a pan and put one table spoon of oil in it when add chopped onion and garlic in it.when its light golden add chicken mince and mix them well when mince will change its color put them spices like crushed chilies,black paper, sugar and salt as you taste and mix them well and add tomato sauce and a glass of water in it and put a lid on pan and let it to cook for 12 minutes.

Take a baking try and first of all grease it with oil then put mince layer first then u can put boiled lasagna sheets and charter cheese on the top of the mince and cover the mince properly with sheets when you finish layering on the top you can put white sauce layer and then add a mozzarella cheese on the top. Now cover your try with foil and put lasagna try in a preheated oven for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes you can take out the try from the oven and uncover the from foil. Its very hot now leave it for 15 minutes to make it little cold then you can use a cutter and make square pieces and you eat with salad and with a cold coke.
